Email is often misconceived as the last gateway to the checkout. In reality, it should be the beginning of your customer relationship – a chance for your brand to communicate ideas, focus on storytelling, provide recommendations and personalization, and establish value… long after the offer codes expire (if you need a code at all). Join us in Chicago as we share the everlasting strategies that build better lifetime engagement and purposeful communication.

Real talk Covid: Unspam is a community first and foremost, and we believe our attendees want to do right by one another. Vaccination is a requirement to attend our 2022 events.

The rise of Conversational Commerce
Using two-way communication to build deeper relationships with your customers. Commerce, by definition, is the exchange of something between people. Somewhere along the way, we lost sight of what makes buying and selling inherently human. We'll talk about the rise of Conversational Commerce, how it differs from retention and lifecycle marketing, and how we can build deeper relationships with the people that we want to buy from us.

Real words from real email geeks

Twitter logo.

So many #emailgeeks so little time. Thanks to @reallygoodemail for putting on such an amazing event! I actually learned new info and made new friends. Can’t wait for the next one #unspam22

Twitter logo.

Some observations from #unspam22: First off, WOW OK I completely understand the hype. This is the single most thoughtful conference I've ever been to. Typically at a conference, introverts typically have to pretend to be extroverted and go hide in their hotel rooms at night.

Twitter logo.

So happy! Friends everywhere! #unspam22 #email

Twitter logo.

I’m not much of a conference person but #unspam22 was my speed. Laid back. Welcoming. Organized. Fun swag. Good coffee. And just really cool people. Ill be back next year! TY, @reallygoodemail!

Twitter logo.

What can I say about #unspam22 except that it was an experience I won’t soon forget. So refreshing, illuminating, and just all around feel good vibes everywhere 🥰 THANK YOU to my new #emailgeeks friends for making this an amazing couple of days! 🤩
